Description:
Our Consultant Engineer will primarily provide technical support to our existing customers during post-sales activities.
Consultant Engineers will increase the effectiveness of our customers by conducting training courses,
providing telephone support and visiting customers on-site. This position requires some travel for support and training activities.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
The ideal candidate will possess: a MS or PhD in Mechanical Engineering or related field with specialization in the fields of
fluid dynamics and heat transfer. S/he will have knowledge of:
- CFD techniques (preferably including experience with FLoTHERM);
- compact modeling of electronics equipment including components packages and cooling devices; Windows-NT and UNIX.
Experience in the one or more of the following areas preferred:
- Software Consulting and Modeling Services
- Software Training and Education
- Software Support and Customer Service
- Software Testing and Documentation
The successful candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, customer service skills including the ability
to deal with customers by telephone, and a high degree of self motivation.
