              Notification of Preliminary Results
                               
                               
On  behalf  of our client Flomerics Group PLC, we  notify  the
London Stock Exchange that the Company will be announcing  its
Preliminary  results for the year ended 31  December  1999  on
Thursday 16 March 2000.

There  will  be an analyst briefing at 10.00 am,  Thursday  16
March  2000 at Buchanan Communications, 107 Cheapside,  London
EC2V  6DN. A press briefing will be held that the same address
at 12.00 p.m.
