                     Notification of Preliminary Results


On behalf of our client Flomerics Group PLC, we notify the London Stock
Exchange that the Company will be announcing its Preliminary results for the
year ended 31 December 2000 on Monday 26 February 2001.

There will be an analyst briefing at 10.00 a.m., Monday 26 February 2001 at
