                        Notification of Interim Results

On behalf of our client Flomerics Group PLC, we notify the London Stock Exchange
that the Company will be announcing its Interim results for the six months ended
30 June 2002 on Wednesday 31 July 2002.

There will be an analyst briefing at 09.30 a.m., Wednesday 31 July 2002 at
