                      Notification of Preliminary Results


On behalf of our client Flomerics Group PLC, we notify the London Stock Exchange
that the Company will be announcing its Preliminary results for the financial
year ENDed 31 December 2002 on Thursday 27 February 2003.

There will be an analyst briefing at 09.30 a.m., Thursday 27 February 2003 at
