Group Plc (“Flomerics” or “the Company”) received notification by letter today
that ISIS Asset Management plc give notice that, as a result of a sale of
234,995 ordinary shares of 1p each in the relevant share capital of Flomerics
on 27th August 2003, the following fund management companies in the
Friends Provident group are interested in the Shares referred to below through
