Holdings in Company
Flomerics Group PLC (“The Company”) has today
been informed by Simon Ward-Jackson, that following a purchase
of 50,000 shares, he has an interest in 550,000 ordinary
shares representing 3.8 per cent of the issued share capital
of the Company.
