The following replaces the Notification of Interest announcement
released on 28 April 2005 at 17:56 under RNS number 6948L.
The number of shares sold by the Friends Provident Group
is 300,000 and not 30,000 as previously stated. All other
details remain the same and the full amended announcement
appears below.
Notification of Interest
The company has been informed by a letter dated 27 April
2005, that following a sale of 300,000 ordinary shares
of 1p each in the Company the following fund management
companies in the Friends Provident Group are interested
in the Company’s shares.
F&C Asset Management plc is interested in the following
shares:
