The company has been informed by a letter dated 6 May
2005, that FMR Corp, and it direct and indirect subsidiaries,
and Fidelity International Limited and its direct and indirect
subsidiaries together hold 1,334,358 Ordinary Shares of
1p each in the Company representing 8.99% of the Company’s
issued share capital. The change in percentage holding
is wholly due to an increase in the issued share capital
of the Company. Full details of the interest are shown
