PLC - Exercise of Share Options |

Flomerics Group plc (“Flomerics”) announces
that options over a total of 1,500 of its 1p ordinary shares
have been exercised at a price of 53p per share.
Application has been made to the Stock Exchange for admission
of these 1,500 new shares, which will rank pari passu in
all respects with the exisiting shares in issue, on the
AIM market. Admission is expected on 26 August 2005.
Following this transaction the total number of 1p ordinary
shares of Flomerics in issue is 14,848,610.
