Flomerics Group PLC - Notification of Interest

The Company has been informed by a letter dated 27 March 2006, that as of 23 March 2006, The Goldman Sachs Group Inc, ("GS Inc") hold 500,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company, representing 3.4% of the Company's issued share capital.

The interest arose from a beneficial interest held by Goldman Sachs International, a wholly owned indirect subsidiary of GS Inc.
