Flomerics Group PLC - Additional Listing

Application has been made to AIM for admission of 130,863 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company (“Shares”). These Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing shares in issue, have been allotted pursuant to the deferred consideration due to the vendors of MicReD under the terms of the acquisition announced by the Company on 29 April 2005.

Admission is expected to become effective on 18 April 2006.
