Flomerics Group PLC - Additional Listing

Application has been made to AIM for admission of 3,934 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares"). These Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the exisiting shares in issue, have been allotted pursuant to the exercise of options.

Admission is expected to become effective on 12th February 2007
