Application has been made to AIM for admission of 209,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares"). These Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing shares in issue, have been allotted pursuant to the deferred consideration due to the vendors of MicReD under the terms of the acquisition announced by the company on 29 April 2005.

Following the admission to trading of the Shares the Company will have 21,630,061 Shares in issue.

Admission is expected to become effective on 12th June 2007
