Finding an optimum mesh can be a tedious task. That’s why Mentor Graphics has developed a robust automatic mesher that can actually
mesh real-world geometry – not just academic or theoretical ones.
While some vendors offer a black-box approach, the meshing process with FloEFD is completely transparent. FloEFD features automatic
meshing for fluid and solid regions including automatic mesh refinement/unrefinement due to geometrical and/or physical (solution adaptive)
requirements. So you can use the automatic mesher or further manipulate the mesh manually -- with FloEFD the choice is yours.
